I'm blessed and honored to have known him, and to have had his guidance as i grew up. It's sad that it takes the loss of a dear friend to remind us of what is really important in our life and our relationships. The last time I was in Kelowna we went for lunch to Earls next to his office. He knew the name of every wait staff, where they were going to school and what they were taking. Ron definitely touched the heart of everyone he came in contact with and he will be greatly missed by us all. Thanks Fred for this note, it's nice to reminisce.
